We are proud to offer FREE shipping on every order, both domestic (within the U.S.) and international—with no minimum purchase required.

• Domestic U.S. Orders: Delivered within 2–5 business days, transit time begins once your order is shipped.

• International Orders: Delivered within 7–10 business days, transit time begins once your order is shipped.

“Business days” exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Need your order faster? During checkout, you may select from a variety of paid expedited shipping options:

• Domestic: Priority 1–2 day service

• International: Express 3–5 day delivery

3. Order Processing & Shipping Cutoffs

All orders are shipped from Orlando, FL (Eastern Time) with the following schedule:

• Orders placed by 4:00 PM ET (Mon–Fri):

• Same-day processing and shipment (if in-stock).

• Orders placed after 4:00 PM ET (Mon–Fri) or anytime Sat–Sun:

• Processed and shipped on the next business day.

Note: Shipments are not processed on U.S. federal holidays; order timelines resume the next business day.

• Estimated delivery date, based on the selected service.

For international shipments:

• KBAYO.com is not responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or brokerage charges.

Correction or amendment of the shipping address requested after label creation may incur delays or additional fees. If an item is undeliverable—due to incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect—it may be returned to KBAYO.com. You will be responsible for:

• Reshipment fees (plus associated costs)

• Filing claims with carriers

• Reshipment or refund, based on carrier response and insurance coverage
